Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized and motivated Studio Manager to oversee the daily operations and sales of our studio. The Studio Manager will be responsible for managing staff, ensuring excellent customer service, and driving sales. This is a leadership role that requires strong organizational and communication skills.

Responsibilities:
- Manage all aspects of the studio's operations, including sales, scheduling, and customer service
- Develop and implement strategies to drive sales and meet revenue targets
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing customer inquiries and resolving any issues or concerns
- Maintain a clean and organized studio environment
- Create and maintain administrative systems to ensure smooth operations
- Oversee shift management to ensure adequate coverage at all times

Skills:
- Strong sales skills with the ability to sell studio memberships and packages
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Leadership abilities to motivate and inspire a team
- Training development skills to create effective training programs

Pay: $23.00 - $25.00 per hour
